Construction debris removal is the last step on most jobs. A remodel, a roof tear off or a teardown leaves a pile that has to go somewhere. Global Construction and Home Repair hauls that debris off lots around Valrico and the Tampa Bay area. We haul from our own demolition jobs and from other people's job sites.
We have more than 30 years of demolition and construction work behind us in the Tampa Bay area. That work makes a pile every time, so hauling is part of the job. Concrete, block, lumber, roofing, drywall and scrap metal get loaded with the excavator or by hand. A gut out from interior demolition fills a truck fast, and so does a storm pile.

Builders and remodelers call when the pile gets in the way of the work. A kitchen tear out or a roof tear off makes more waste than a pickup can move. We bring the truck to the site and load it. We work around whatever else is going on that day.
Homeowners call for the same reason. Old fencing, a fallen carport, a rotted deck or a pile left from an old project sits for months. We load what is on the ground and haul it out. Concrete and block get loaded with the excavator, so weight is not the limit.
Property owners and managers use the same trucks between tenants. Before a new tenant moves in, the haul off pairs with clearing out a commercial space. The debris and the leftover contents leave together. One call covers the whole load out.
Tampa Bay got hit twice in 2024. Hurricane Helene pushed record surge into shoreline neighborhoods that September. Hurricane Milton came through in October with wind, tornadoes and flooding across Hillsborough, Polk and Pasco. Storm debris removal was still running months later.
Hillsborough County ran curbside passes for storm debris after those storms and began the final pass in December. Programs like that run for a set window, and the rules differ by city and county. What is left after the passes end is on the property owner.
We haul storm debris the same way we haul demolition debris. Downed trees, a collapsed shed, a torn up carport and wet building materials all load into the truck. Flood work usually means gutted drywall, insulation, flooring and cabinets stacked outside a house. We take the stack and leave the yard clear.
It starts with a look at the pile. We come out, see what is there and how the trucks can reach it, then price the job. Estimates are free. Access matters more than most people expect, because a tight backyard changes how the material comes out.
Loading is part machine and part hand work. The excavator picks up heavy and bulky material, and the rest is carried out by hand. Dump trucks and trailers make as many runs as the pile takes. Our hauling services cover the load out and the disposal at the other end.
The last part is the finish. We pick up what is scattered and rake the area so the ground is clear. Once the lot is empty, the next step is often grading and pad prep. That is the point where a lot is ready to build on.
From the first call or text to the clean lot at the end, here is how it goes.
Call or text (813) 239-4231 with the address and what needs to come down. Photos of the structure help before we come out.
We come to the property and look at the structure or the lot. Size, what it is built of, access for the machines and where the debris goes all set the price. The estimate is free.
Hillsborough County requires a demolition permit, and it wants utility sign-offs before it issues one. A licensed asbestos inspector surveys the buildings the state rule covers. We work around the permit and the survey, and we confirm what your address needs.
The excavator comes in and the structure comes down. Anything you are keeping stays protected while that happens. Debris goes into dump trucks and trailers as we work.
The last loads go out, and the slab and foundation go with them when you want them gone. We grade the ground so the lot sits level. Then you have a lot you can build on, sell or use.

Learn MoreThe demolition and construction work behind this company goes back more than three decades in the Tampa Bay area. Houses, garages, commercial buildings, pools and mobile homes have all come down. Storm and flood teardowns are part of that record.
One company takes the structure down, hauls the debris off and grades what is left. The dirt work after a teardown runs on the same job and the same schedule. That is one number to call, from the estimate to the finished lot.
We work about 50 miles out from Valrico. That covers Hillsborough County towns like Tampa, Brandon, Riverview and Plant City, plus Lakeland and Winter Haven in Polk County. Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills and Land O' Lakes in Pasco County are in range too.
We come out, look at the structure or the lot and tell you how the job would run. The price comes from what is actually standing there. The visit is free and the work starts when you say go.
